When you try to start a cloud file restore or cloud virtualization for a system protected by the Direct to Cloud Agent, you receive the message "Error - There was a problem starting the restore. Please try again."

A file restore or virtualization is already mounted for the protected system.
You can only have one restore mounted at a time for systems protected by the Direct to Cloud Agent. Remove any existing restores, and then attempt to create a virtualization or file restore again.
