How do I unlock a user's account in Autotask PSA?

Autotask security may be configured to lock users out after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. Users can usually unlock their own accounts, but administrators can also unlock user accounts if necessary.
1. In Autotask PSA, hover over the Autotask logo, select Admin from the drop-down menu, then choose Resources (Users) from the flyout menu.
2. On the Resources page, right-click the name of the user you are unlocking, then select Edit Resource.
3. On the Resource Management page for that user, click the Security tab at the top, then click the Unlock Resource/User button.
