What is the Datto SaaS Protection 2.0/Backupify 2.0 for G Suite licensing structure?

Partners’ end clients pay a monthly rate dictated by their managing partner.


Datto SaaS Protection partners are charged a monthly rate based on the number of seats provisioned for each customer and the corresponding pricing tier for that seat amount. This monthly rate is charged once per month on the same day for all of a partner’s clients.

Direct Clients 

Direct clients are charged a monthly rate based on the number of seats provisioned for each customer. This monthly rate will be charged based upon the contract set up with Backupify Sales.

Backupify will not charge in arrears for the portion of the previous month that the partner had a new client provisioned. Instead we charge for the upcoming month based on the number of users seated per customer at the time of invoicing.
