How do I troubleshoot company mapping issues in Autotask PSA?

Company name is not available for mapping
Make sure the company is active in Autotask PSA:
1. In Autotask PSA, hover over the Autotask logo, select CRM from the drop-down menu, then choose Accounts from the flyout menu.
2. Search for the company in the Account (Name/Number) field, then toggle the company from Inactive to Active. if the company is already active, toggle it to inactive, then back to active.
Company Name list is slow to load
For companies with 500 or more contacts, the amount of data being returned can cause the Company Name list to respond slowly.
