How do I update the Super Administrator user on my Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite account?

The new Super Administrator must be a Super Admin in G-Suite for your domain. Only the account owner can have Super Administrator Privileges.
Backupify technical support must process the Primary Administrator user change. Create a new support request requesting the transfer of the rights to the new user. Specify the username for the new Admin in the request.
