How do I update the Primary Administrator user on my Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for G Suite account?

- The new Primary Administrator must be a Super Admin in G-Suite for your domain. Only the account owner can have Super Admin Privileges. Click here for information on assigning Super Admin privileges in G-Suite (external link)
Backupify technical support must process the Primary Administrator user change. Create a new support request requesting the transfer of the rights to the new user. Specify the username for the new Admin in the request.
