Description 

1. Navigate to the Partner Portal.

2. Click the Support drop down, then select Knowledge Base.

3. Click the light bulb icon in the lower right corner of the landing page.

4. In the Datto Help window, select Chat.

5. Enter your phone number, a message and click Start Chatting.
