Why do backups show as "Pending" in the Users tab after the G Suite domain is cut-over to Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection?

Answer

After cutting a domain from Backupify 1.0 to Backupify 2.0, backups show as "Pending" when viewed in the Users tab. This is because that tab's output reflects backups in Backupify 1.0, which no longer takes place shortly after the cut-over and initial ingest of Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0.

How to view your current backups in Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite

You can view your backup summary on the Status page.  This field will indicate active users, first and latest backup dates, if a user has never been backed up, and any backups, restore, or exports in progress,

From the Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite Status page, click the Recovery tab and select a service to view the backups.
