Why Do Backups Show As “Pending” in the Users Tab After Moving a Domain From Backupify 1.0 to 2.0?

Question

Why do backups show as "Pending" in the Users tab after moving a domain from Backupify 1.0 to 2.0?

Environment

  • Backupify 2.0 with cutover

Answer

After cutting a domain from Backupify 1.0 to Backupify 2.0, backups show as "Pending" when viewed in the Users tab. This is because that tab's output reflects backups in Backupify 1.0, which no longer take place after the upgrade to Backupify 2.0.
