This article describes the information available about Datto routers in the Datto Networking App.

The Datto Networking App provides a mobile insight into any router in your network, and displays the router's overall health, the status of each WAN and LAN port, and more.
1. In the Networks page, scroll down to the network that houses your router, and select Routers.
If you have multiple routers in your network, select the one you wish to view information about.
Navigating and Options
The top of the page provides two buttons:
A. Press this icon to return to the previous page.
B. Pressing this icon will display a prompt to edit the name of your router.
For each router, the app segments the information available about routers into three tabbed sections:
The Overview tab provides a general summary of router health and statistics.
A. Last Check-in: Displays the last time the device checked-in to our servers
B. Check-in History: Displays a graphical timeline of device check-ins
C. Uptime: Displays how long the device has been powered on
A. Clients: Displays the number of connected client devices
B. Usage: Displays an overall average of connected client data usage, download, and upload
C. Traffic: Displays a graphical timeline of connected client download and upload usage
A. Network: Displays the network the device is associated with
B. MAC Address: Displays the MAC Address of the device
C. WAN IP Address: Displays the WAN IP address of the device
D. Firmware Version: Displays the firmware the device is currently running
The WAN tab displays information about router WAN ports and their configured settings.
A. Ethernet: Displays the status of the router's Ethernet WAN port, and what port number it is assigned
B. SFP: Displays the status of the router's SFP WAN port, and what port number it is assigned
C. LTE: Displays the operational status of the router's LTE modem
Pressing any WAN port will display the following information:
A. Connection Type: Displays the connection type the primary WAN interface is using
B. DNS Servers: Displays the DNS servers the primary WAN interface using
The LAN tab displays information about router LAN ports and their configured settings.
For each port available on the router, the LAN Ports section will display the port number, if the port is active or inactive, and if PoE (Power over Ethernet) is enabled or disabled.
Pressing any port will display the following information:
A. Enabled: Displays if the port is enabled or disabled
B. Link Mode/Speed: Displays configured link mode and speed of the port
The LAN Settings section displays each LAN configuration on the router, alongside the ports assigned to the LAN. Pressing a LAN configuration will display the following information:
A. LAN IP: Displays the configured LAN IP (default gateway) of the LAN
B. Subnet Mask: Displays the configured subnet mask of the LAN
C. DHCP Pool Start: Displays the first IP address that is part of the configured DHCP pool of the LAN
D. DHCP Pool End: Displays the last IP address that is part of the configured DHCP pool of the LAN
