Datto RMM: Why Are My Tickets Not Showing on the AEM Support Tab?

Tickets are not showing in the Datto RMM support tab for the device/site/account level.

Environment

  • Datto RMM

Solution

Datto RMM shows tickets created within the last 30 days worth of tickets. Earlier tickets will not show regardless of ticket status.
