This article discusses troubleshooting steps for when patch data is incorrect in Datto RMM.

If patch data is incorrect on endpoint machines, follow these steps:
Refresh device information in the GUI
Ensure the displayed device information is up-to-date.
Check for Windows Updates on the device and compare
The Windows Updater on the device should show the same patches that are installed on the endpoint.
If the issue persists, gather as much of the following information as possible before contacting Datto RMM Support:
- UIDs of affected devices
- date and time of issue
- screenshot of correct data on device vs. on the platform
- expected data vs. actual data
- AEM Service Log files
- device audit data (found at C:\programdata\centrastage\Auditsnapshot.XML)
- Windows Update log
