When troubleshooting Datto RMM issues on Mac machines, Datto RMM Support frequently needs system and event information located in the Console logs. This article discusses how to find the logs, gather them, and send them to Support.
Finding the logs
1. On your Mac machine, press ⌘ + space to launch the spotlight search, then type console and select the console in the menu.
2. Right-click System Log in the left-hand menu, then select Reveal in Finder from the drop-down menu.
The system.log file will show as a file icon in the Log directory. Copy and paste it into your Datto RMM Support ticket.
