When I try to log into the Datto Partner Portal via two-factor authentication and Google Voice, I do not get the confirmation call.

Check Google Voice settings
- In Google Voice account settings, make sure incoming calls are set to a phone number. If no phone number is set, the 2FA notification attempt will go straight to voice mail.
- Make sure the Screen Calls option is turned off in Google Voice. If this option is on, the call will go unanswered for too long, and you will not receive the token.
