How do I cancel a Datto SaaS Protection account for one of my customers?


  • Datto SaaS Protection
  • Datto SaaS Protection 2.0


  • Contact your Datto Partner Success Manager or Sales Executive. They will arrange the account cancellation with Datto's Billing department. 
  • Once the cancellation is complete, the Partner Success Manager or Sales Executive will contact you to provide confirmation.
