A PayPal transaction was successful but PayPal returned an error and doesn't redirect

If the PayPal transaction was successful and a voucher code was emailed, but the splash page is showing the above error on redirect, it's likely that you have missed #4 in Step 3 of our CloudTrax PayPal setup guide. In the “Item ID” field of the Buy Now button, you need to enter your network login ID (not your master login but the ID of the network you are going to use).
