Why does my new customer's SharePoint Site Management experience look different?

Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 is rolling out a brand new Site Management experience for adding, licensing, and backing up SharePoint sites.
- The updated experience will be available for new customer accounts starting March 15, 2019.
- Existing customers will receive the update in an upcoming release.
Previously, you would add SharePoint sites by using the Add Custom Site Collections, and CSV Site Collection Upload features in the Users page, as shown in Figure 1.
For users on the new Site Management 2.0 platform, we replaced these two features with a link to the new SharePoint Site Management page, as shown in Figure 2.
You can click the Seat Management tab in the top navigational bar, then select Sites from the drop-down menu.
The new SharePoint Site Management 2.0 experience will list all of the sites associated with your Office 365 account, and allow you to back them up. For more information on how to use this feature, see the following article: Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for Office 365: Site Management.
