Datto Partner Portal: Required Billing Updates For Datto Partners

This article describes how to perform required updates to your billing information in the Datto Partner Portal.

Description

In preparation for the launch of our new internal systems, we have taken every necessary step to ensure your payment information is correct. However, to be sure, we ask that you please confirm your information prior to 6/1.

Confirming your payment information in the Datto Partner Portal

1. In the Partner Portal, click the Purchasing & Billing tab, then choose Credit Cards on File from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the pencil icon next to the card you wish to edit.

Edit the card information. When finished, click the Update Card button.
