Why do I get a 500 error when attempting to access my account?
- Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for Office 365
- Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for G Suite
The error may be due to a browser cache issue.
- Close your current browsing session.
- Open a new browser in an Incognito (Chrome) or Private Browsing (Firefox) window.
- Attempt to access your account at app.backupify.com.
If the Chrome Incognito Window or Firefox Private Browsing Window resolves the issue, then you should clear the browser cookies from your regular session.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact Backupify support.
