Why are some of the bank holidays for Autotask users not showing in the Dispatch Calendar?

Answer

A resource's holidays are based on their location. A holiday set needs to be linked to a resource's location for users to be able to see them.

Each resource can only be linked to a single location and holiday set.

To associate a resource with a location and select the holiday set, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Autotask menu → Admin → Features & Settings → Your Organization → Locations.

2. Edit the location with which the resources are associated.

3. Select the holiday set, and click Save.

At the beginning of each year, you should enter holidays for the new year. Datto recommends adding the new year's holidays to the list that already exists so that you can maintain holiday time use data in your Autotask database. If you change the holiday set to a new one, the historical data will be lost.
