Autotask PSA: Why is the company address not displaying properly?



Why is the company address not displaying correctly? 


  • Autotask PSA 


The Address Format is dependent on the selected country. If you do not choose a country, Autotask PSA will use the default setting.

To configure your Address Format:

  1. Navigate to Autotask menu → Admin → Features & Settings → Companies & Contacts → Address Formats.
  2. Locate the Country for the Company, then click Edit Format.
  3. Make the changes desired, then click Save.

Changes made here will affect any company linked to that address format.
