Why is the company address not displaying correctly?

The Address Format is dependent on the selected country. If you do not choose a country, Autotask PSA will use the default setting.
To configure your Address Format:
- Navigate to Autotask menu → Admin → Features & Settings → Companies & Contacts → Address Formats.
- Locate the Country for the Company, then click Edit Format.
- Make the changes desired, then click Save.
Changes made here will affect any company linked to that address format.
