Autotask PSA: Resource Not Showing in Opportunity Detail Report



The Opportunity Detail Report does not show Resources.

A typical example is when a user does not see one of the Resources they are trying to report on in the list of filter criteria.


  • Autotask PSA


For a resource to be available for selection in the Opportunity Details Standard Report, you will need to be associated with at least one territory in Autotask.

  1. To associate a resource to a territory, go to A Admin Features & Settings Accounts & Contacts Territories

Once a resource is associated with at least one territory, you will see them as filter criteria on this report.
