Can you add a cash advance to an existing expense report?

Yes. You can edit the expense report to add the cash advance provided that you have not yet submitted the expense report.
To add the cash advance if your expense report approver rejects the report:
1. Place your cursor over the Autotask logo on the home page and navigate to TIMESHEETS → Expense Reports.
2. Enter the amount of the cash advance in the Cash Advance Amount box.
3. Click Save & Close.
