How do I access my Customer ID?

  • Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for Office 365

Answer

Knowing your Customer ID helps Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection support locate your customer account.

You can find your CUSTOMER ID by navigating to your Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 Status page.

Navigating to your status page as a customer

1. Click here to be directed to your Backupify environment.

2. Log into your Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection account.

Your CUSTOMER ID will appear in the Account Details box on the left side of the page.

Navigating to your status page as a partner

1. Navigate to the Datto Partner Portal, click the Status tab, then select SaaS Backup Status from the drop-down menu.

2. The SaaS Backup Status page shows an overview of your backups for each client and individual service. Click the icon under the Manage Account next to the desired client.

Your CUSTOMER ID will appear in the Account Details box on the left side of the page.
