How do I view the commitment term of my licenses?

You can see the commitment term of your licenses on the SaaS Status Backup page. You can access the page by navigating to the Datto Partner Portal and logging in with your account credentials.
Navigating to the SaaS Status Backup page
1. Navigate to portal.dattobackup.com, enter your credentials, then click LOG IN. You will be redirected to the Datto Partner Portal.
2. From the Datto Partner Portal, navigate to the Status tab, then click SaaS Backup Status (beta). You will be redirected to the SaaS Backup Status page.
The RETENTION and COMMITMENT TERM information can be viewed in the top Overview section as a summary of all your clients (Figure 3), or on a per-client basis in the table (Figure 4).
The possible values of the Retention & Commitment column are:
- ICR - 1 Year
- ICR - Month to Month
- TBR - 1 Year
- TBR - Month to Month
Managing your accounts
To manage your accounts, click the icon under the Manage Account column. Make sure to click the icon next to the client account you wish to manage.
The Datto Partner Portal now provides partners with the ability to create client accounts that will be able to log in to the Datto Partner Portal. The portal experience is different for partners and clients.
Clients can log in and view the SaaS Status page, but will only see the accounts that belong to them.
If you are a Datto partner, you will not be able to access client-managed accounts.
