If a site is Unprotected, Datto SaaS Protection will continue detecting the user but will stop taking active backups. You can set an unprotected site to Active at any time.

Unprotecting a site

1. To unprotect a site, navigate to the Site Management page in your Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 environment.
