Why can't I set ticket charges to Delivered/Shipped?

To deliver/ship items, you must adjust your security level permissions. If you do not have Admin privileges, a system administrator must edit your permissions.
1. Go to Autotask menu → Admin → Features & Settings → Resources / Users (HR) → Security → Security Levels → Edit your Security Level → Inventory → Feature Access.
2. Check the Deliver/Ship Items check box, then click Save.
After you or an Admin adjust your permissions, you can either:
- deliver /ship items directly on the ticket charge
- go to Inventory → Delivery / Shipping.
