Why can't I set ticket charges to Delivered/Shipped?

Environment

  • Autotask PSA

Answer

To deliver/ship items, you must adjust your security level permissions. If you do not have Admin privileges, a system administrator must edit your permissions.

Procedure

1. Go to Autotask menuAdminFeatures & SettingsResources / Users (HR)SecuritySecurity LevelsEdit your Security LevelInventoryFeature Access.

2. Check the Deliver/Ship Items check box, then click Save.

After you or an Admin adjust your permissions, you can either:

  • deliver /ship items directly on the ticket charge
  • go to InventoryDelivery / Shipping
