Autotask PSA: Why can't I select an item to add to a purchase order?

Why can't I select an item to add to a purchase order? When I try to add items, the checkbox is grayed out on the Purchasing & Fulfillment page,

  • Autotask PSA

Answer

When you are unable to check the box in Purchasing and Fulfillment, it means that the items are already on an unsubmitted purchase order. To see the PO number the item is already associated with, move your mouse cursor over the grayed-out checkbox.
