This article explains how to onboard new G Suite customers by using the Legacy Reseller Onboarding Wizard.
- Backupify 2.0 for G Suite
If you are onboarding a new customer to Backupify, you must use the Legacy Reseller Onboarding Wizard.
1. Log into your Backupify account.
2. Click the Add Domain button, then enter the domain name and admin account email address into the corresponding fields. When finished, click the Add button.
3. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then select Sign out from the drop-down menu.
4. In the Log In window, click the Sign-in with Google button. When the Google Accounts pop-up appears, sign in with the client's super admin credentials and click Next.
5. The system will take you to the Backupify Onboarding Wizard. Follow the prompts to complete the onboarding process.
