With the current circumstances, Datto partners are facing new challenges to install Datto devices as they cannot be on-site with the end-user. In light of this situation, Datto is now offering an enhanced White Glove device installation service to assist partners during this difficult time. This service includes additional installation support, extended hours to help with the remote installation outside of regular business hours, and other useful resources.
What are we offering?
A one-page informational datasheet to help users with the pre-setup of their Datto appliance
A video guiding users through the physical installation, device setup and agent installation process
A service to pre-register devices before shipping to the end client (requires email permission)
A service to provide remote assistance with all White Glove prerequisites
