What will happen on July 1st?

Our new invoicing and billing procedures will apply to any Datto SaaS Protection subscription from July 1st and forward, and you will receive your new invoice in August.

If it's happening in July, why will my invoice be different in August?

As technology people, we're sure you understand the complexity of a system conversion like this. We want to make sure that we get the billing experience right the first time. We've determined that the best way to do so is to keep the legacy billing system in place until July 1st.

Do I have to agree to anything new?

Is my Saas Protection subscription with Datto still valid?

How can I change the payment method for an existing Saas Protection subscription?

Partners can change payment methods for Datto SaaS Protection clients in the Datto Partner Portal.  See Invoicing and Billing for BCDR & Networking: Bulk-updating your payment method for further information.

The portal will not change. We are adding new pages that will help you maintain billing and subscription information and manage your payment methods.
