When partners in the EMEA region try to access the legacy recovery launchpad through the Datto Partner Portal, the Portal displays a blank screen.

The user is assigned an invalid role for legacy Recovery Launchpad access.
Have your Datto Partner Portal Admin assign you one of the following roles:
- EMEA Reseller Admin
- EMEA Reseller Tech
- EMEA Reseller Devices
- EMEA Reseller Support
Other roles do not have permissions for accessing the legacy Recovery Launchpad.
