Partner Portal: EMEA partners cannot access the legacy Recovery Launchpad

Issue

When partners in the EMEA region try to access the legacy recovery launchpad through the Datto Partner Portal, the Portal displays a blank screen.

Environment

  • Datto Partner Portal

Cause

The user is assigned an invalid role for legacy Recovery Launchpad access.

Solution

Have your Datto Partner Portal Admin assign you one of the following roles:

  • EMEA Reseller Admin
  • EMEA Reseller Tech
  • EMEA Reseller Devices
  • EMEA Reseller Support

Other roles do not have permissions for accessing the legacy Recovery Launchpad.
